With Facebook boasting over 2 billion active users each month, chances are you’re one of them. And if you’re here, then you’re probably interested in camping and glamping groups.
If that’s the case, we have a few groups we recommend you join.
In these Facebook groups you’ll find answers to all of your questions and even some to questions you didn’t realize you had.
With over 4,000 members and growing, this group will provide you a pelthora of ideas for your next camping – ahem – glamping adventure.
Whether you’re simply looking for some ideas for comfort, or trying to take the beauty of your glampsite to the next level, this group has something for you.
One of the best features of this group is that it’s members share a lot of photos; afterall, a picture is worth a thousand words, right? You’ll get plenty of inspiration for your next trip from this group.
This is a huge Facebook group with nearly 85,000 members and around 80 posts a day! Although it’s very active, you lose some of the close bonds you form in other groups.
The best part of this group is that has information for everyone regardless of glamping-level. Whether you’re a novice and just trying to get to know the outdoors, or an expert that has a glamping pod or RV, there’s something for you.
Everyday hundreds of glampers are buying and selling everything from glampers to cute amenities that make glamping more fun.
Members in this group mostly sell small, retro-style RVs and campers, but you can still find all sorts of other stuff like pillows, organization items, and much more. For instance, I saw the cutest retro camper stove posted on there recently.
You will find yourself scrolling this group for hours simply ogling at the many cute campers on there.
Somewhat of a niche within the niche, this Facebook group has over 23,000 members discussing the ins-and-outs of popups (PUPS).
If you’re new to glamping and looking for your first pull behind, or maybe you have one and you’re currently fixing it up, this group is going to be extremely beneficial to you.
Members in this group are constantly posting questions, answers, and solutions to any problem you can think of when it comes to glamping popups.
This group is an honorable mention because most glampers don’t mind spending a little bit more for comfort and boondocking sometimes goes against the idea of glamping, but it doesn’t have to be.
Boondocking is camping/glamping on free land without any hookups such as water, electric, or sewage. We won’t get into it here, perhaps a later date, but there’s definitely some appeal to boondock glamping.
The RV Boondocking group discusses the many facets of boondocking with members sharing their stories and adventures, tips and tricks, and some of the best hidden gems to go boondocking. There’s plenty of tips and pointers for you to learn how to glamp off the grid and enjoy seclusion.
There are tons of camping Facebook groups; in fact, too many to list here. If you have a favorite group (or a few) that you follow, we would love to hear about it. Just post them below in the comments!
